I was completely blown away with the lack of preparation by the young man who called and had no answers to any of the questions I asked. For example I asked him the same question multiple times and his response was asking me the question back instead of answering it even after I asked him to simply answer. Then he proceeded to disrespect me and my family for simply asking questions by saying we got them off of tik tok ( I don’t even have social media). Got all my information from a private community via “UPLEVEL ENTREPRENEUR” Edward Collins a great man and really knows his stuff.

Michael did a great job of explaining the different documents used to create an Estate Plan and the rationale for specified wording in the Plan. Michael was very patient and thorough in answering all of our questions, and was able to finish our Estate Plan in a few week period (which included our time for review and questions). Additionally, Michael has continued to provide invaluable guidance even after the Estate Plan was complete, as we had several questions regarding account updates after the Estate Plan was complete. I would highly recommend Jenkins and Jenkins as Estate Planning Attorneys.

Had been dragging my feet to get this done, because other vendors made it seemingly complicated and hard. However, Caroline was extremely easy to work with. Our meetings were virtual, which was great and super easy to schedule. She took the time and was patience to explain things in terms I could understand. Super personable. She was quick to answer my many questions. Once the documents were ready to be signed, Michael sent over this extremely helpful video that went step-by-step of each document that needed to be reviewed and signed off on. They provided a notary and witness, which was great not having to look for my own. Thank you Caroline and Michael for helping us with this!
