Had been dragging my feet to get this done, because other vendors made it seemingly complicated and hard. However, Caroline was extremely easy to work with. Our meetings were virtual, which was great and super easy to schedule. She took the time and was patience to explain things in terms I could understand. Super personable. She was quick to answer my many questions. Once the documents were ready to be signed, Michael sent over this extremely helpful video that went step-by-step of each document that needed to be reviewed and signed off on. They provided a notary and witness, which was great not having to look for my own. Thank you Caroline and Michael for helping us with this!

The receptionist was very good about gathering info, after a short hold Michael Jenkins was on the phone with me answering all of my questions. I have tried to do Estate planning for a long time but the effort involved to know different things made me postpone it every time. This is when my friend introduced me to Jenkins and Jenkins. Their Estate lock software is really good. It took just few minutes to provide all the required information for living trust and estate plan. They also have short informative videos for different questions which helps to answer questions on the software.
