She does not return emails or phone calls. Will NOT fight for you. Will not do what you request and will always look to take the easy way out. She doesn't care if you win or lose She just wants to get paid. Several times she has not returned emails or phone calls but NEVER misses that phone call for her monthly payment. Worst decision ever was hiring her!!

Ms. Da Silva has worked on behalf of my family and myself over the course of the past 10 years. She's amazing not only as a person, but she is very gifted in her profession.
