I am 26, never have I been in an accident before or gotten hurt from being in one. The unfortunate happened where I was hit while a passenger in a car and received multiple Injuries. I didn’t know where to start but I did know that I would need help with this confusing process. So I did what anyone would do, use the internet to do my research. I saw many other companies but no one stood out like Pines Salomon did. And boy did they live up to the good reviews I saw. Every single person I dealt with took care of me like I knew them personally. Especially when covid-19 hit when I thought to myself “how am I supposed to handle this now” couldn’t have been handled more perfectly by each person. I mainly worked with Julie, who was the most amazing, transparent and reliable. If I had questions she was either an email or a call away. Anything the claimants insurance needed Julie and the offices got for me. I did not need to speak with the claimants insurance once, Pines Salomon handled it all for me. Never once did I feel like I was being left out of the loop or hidden from me. I was always told when there was an update. At the end of the day Pines Salomon’s best interest is your. They made sure I got what I deserved, every penny of it. At the end of the settlement Mike followed up with me to make sure the settlement was understood to its entirety any question I had he answered. Mike was very personable with me and I had a great ending conversation with him to make sure I understood how everything was broken down.
