Following an accident near Rancho Bernardo in January of last year, I searched for law offices with good reviews on google and yelp. The Law offices of Michael Pines had a five star rating. IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG TO SEE WHY! Throughout this entire process there has been clear communication not only with Julie (who was directly handling my case) but from everyone on the team.I sent a message through their website with basic information about my accident and received a call back from Julie Glisan within about an hour. I was invited to speak with Michael Pines from day one as well. My favorite part of this was that they didn't pressure me into any medical treatment or rush me in any way. Also there was no phone tag. Anytime I reached out to Julie she contacted me via phone and/or email within 24 hours. Despite the fact that my medical treatment took the better portion of a year, I never felt forgotten or put on the back burner. Once I was ready to move toward a settlement, I received clear feedback and recommendations on what to do next. They worked hard to get me the most for my pain and suffering and I could not be more pleased with their quality of service as well as the settlement.
