Firstly, I did not retain this attorney. My consultation with them pursued me elsewhere after the snake move Matt Mesnik pulled. I would not trust this firm with an angel at the door. I had a very expensive consultation which I had to do before retaining them, I arrived 10 mins before my appointment time. I was greeted by a receptionist and taken to a conference room which I was told to wait. I was told to fill out an intake form which I did. I waited 40 mins before the attorney came to speak to me. Good conversation and I respect her advice. Sadly, it was time they wanted me to leave since it was the end of their day and I was only there for 1 hr and 20mins with the attorney. Matt charged me $325 per hour and for 2 hours. I didn't notice it until I was walking to my car. Then went back to the door but to my surprise they locked the door and turned off the lights. I called the next morning to explain what happened. The receptionist argued with me about the payment which was confusing since she left before my appointment was over the day before. Then finally told me she would pass on the message to Matt to let me explain to him. Sadly, he couldn't muster the courage even call me about the rip off he had done. I was never able to get him on the phone again so I gave up. If you have all the money in world to drain on this firm.... go for it. I'd rather trust God in my case alone.

Matt and his team have exceeded my expectations. He is knowledgable, competent and a clear communicator. I'm happy I retained his firm and highly recommend him.

I've requested Megan Vito to contact me 14 times in the last two weeks, and she has not been responsive. She refuses to provide conformed copies of filed docs, refuses to confirm receipt of docs, and can't seem to answer the simplest of questions. I do not recommend this attorney as she can't provide basic communication skills. She also works with a firm that conveniently looses documents.

Matt Mesnik was able to navigate my complex divorce. My divorce included an out of state move, domestic violence, real estate and military retirement. His law firm was able to successfully negotiate my move and relocation of my 3 children to 3000 miles away to safety. This was done in a matter of months (which would’ve taken traditionally in California courts much longer period of time). Post-divorce Matt has continued to check in and help me navigate post-separation. I was able to walk away with the real estate I deserved and a substantial amount of child support for my children. I am very grateful to Matt and his team.

Adrian Doty is one of the most capable lawyers that I have worked with. In the last four years I have had three lawyers and my first two were very lackluster. Adrian has exceeded my expectations and has been a huge driving force in advocating for my child and I in our court cases. Adrian is very timely and clear in his communications and will not waste your time. At first I thought I wanted a female lawyer to represent me, but having a male representative that is stern and can stand up for me against my ex has been a huge benefit. If you are looking for an HONEST and COMPETENT attorney, Hire Atty Mesnik and his law firm. I was looking for a lawyer to represent me in a complicated case and he was up to the challenge starting from the time I called and did the consultation with him. He heard me out and listened very intently as to the background and paid attention to the details of my case. I am from out of state so this was all done over the phone. I have actually talked to 8 attorneys before him on the same day and none of them seem to be a good fit for my case. During the consultation phase, Atty Matt discussed with me how he would approach my case in detail and what he thinks our best steps were. He is fair in pricing and did not give me the impression that he would over bill. During the court hearing, he was very composed, did not flinch and fought for us. He knew by heart every detail of my case , hence, was able to layout his arguments in a very strategic manner. He was very responsive and made sure to ease me up by taking the time to answer my questions and explain what the next steps would be. I would vouch for Atty. Mesnik and his team.

You can not ask for better attorneys than Matthew and Adrian at Mesnik Law Group. Divorce is very stressful, and I am sorry for anyone going through it. I brought on Mesnik Law Group. Half the time I was a raving lunatic. At all times, they remained calm, kind, courteous, informative, reassuring, knowledgeable, potent, and extremely professional. In the end they got me everything I wanted in the divorce. They are a firm you can trust.

I came to have 1 1/2 hours consultation on my served divorce with Adrian on 05/17/2021. Whatever questions I had for him regarding those basic Form FL-100, FL140, he did not answer/explain my questions but saying the petitioner's lawyer did not have specific for everything. Therefore, I had no answers for my questions, and waste my time and money to pay for the consultation.

Matt is very knowledgeable, professional and showed compassion for what I was enduring. I would certainly recommend his services.

I don't even know where to start with Adrian. Subbing Adrian in on my high-conflict military divorce military divorce case was one of the best choices I made throughout my litigation. At first, I really couldn't understand clearly his advice and actions throughout my case and sometimes I fought him on it. But he always remained calm and collected. My case is not over yet but I am extremely grateful to have him as my attorney. He was always upfront even when I was not understanding. He has fought for me AND the rightful way. He didn't even want me to call or email him me sometimes just to avoid me incurring more "attorney fees" unless I had a list of questions and concerns. Not many attorneys care how much you email or call them, but he did and that's important also Because the those monthly invoices are no joke. In conclusion, we all need an attorney like Adrian and his team at Mesnick Law. Adrian was very knowledgeable when it came to family law in the state of California and I really wish I hired him sooner. He literally held my hand through this all.
