I am from Ireland and after I finished my J-1 visa I had no idea where to start with my visa process and so I just searched for San Diego based immigration attorney firms. I called and met with five firms. The second I walked into Kazmi and Sakata they treated me as if I had been referred to them from a family member. Cliff talked me through every step and question along the process. Any U.S. immigration application is not simple but Cliff made it very easy for me. My time was never wasted and every interaction was very efficient. The level of professional warmth was something that I really did not ever expect from a U.S. attorney. My Visa application was completed and approved quicker than any of the time estimations given to me. Cliff made sure I received my right to work before it became an issue with my current job. My visa was granted way ahead of schedule and Cliff was very understanding of any and all personal issues/difficulties I had. I have never written a Yelp review but have been moved into action as recognition of the incredible service I received. I am still in contact with Cliff and he is still as nice as ever. I could not recommend Kazmi and Sakata any higher.

My friend told me that I could apply for the green card by myself but I didn't want any problems and I wanted to get it as soon as possible, so I decided to find a lawyer. Mr Sakata was very kind and professional. He prepared the perfect documents so I received an interview notice very soon because I was not asked to get any additional documents (if you do it by yourself, immigration office will ask you for a lot), and now I have my card in my hand only 3 months after I submitted the application! I'm so happy with Mr Sakata and I highly recommend him.

Cliff Sakata is an exceptional attorney. My husband and I were so pleased with his services!
