I reached out to Michael Weiner after experiencing difficulties with respect to accurate wage statements from my former employer. I had a signed contract which outlined a commission structure and Michael was able to review my employment contract. He advised me on the correct waiting time penalties that I was owed. Michael explained how the law applied to my predicament and was able to write a clear demand to my employer. His understanding of my predicament was with such kindness and expertise that we were able to resolve the matter in a swift and positive result. His knowledge and expertise specifically in contract and employment law assisted me to in a very favorable settlement, which exceeded my expectations and my former employers initial offer. I was referred to Michael Weiner by another attorney who spoke very highly of him. He puts his clients' needs first and fights for their rights. I was sued for over a million dollars for defamation from a Yelp review. I did not have the resources to fight such a massive lawsuit. Michael was able to provide compassionate legal advice, care, and understanding in a highly stressful situation. He provided me with peace of mind by putting things into perspective and calming my nerves during the process. In the end, through his dedication to my case, the entire lawsuit was dismissed. I hired Michael to help me with a legal matter (a business where I had been storing valuables absconded with my property and sold it! And we had to sue him to try to get my money back), and after working with him to a very successful conclusion of this legal case, I cannot find enough good things to say about the GREAT GREAT job Michael did. I felt like I was doomed.A car insurance co. managed to get a judgement against me without my knowledge for more than $28,000.000 + interest and recently garnished my wages.I sold the vehicle years ago that was involved in the accident.The insurance co. and their lawyer wouldn't listen to me.Michael filed a motion with the court and he got their attention.After he spoke with them they dismissed the judgement against me.
