Andrea is very professional, efficient, proactive, and honest when it comes to your immigration process, she will not sweet talk you at all, it is all very objective and logical. She is very straight forward, she will be very honest whether you have a chance or not. To have a successful case, she will definitely have you do your homework to make the process as smooth as possible, and she will be holding your hand all the way trough (literally). I hired Andrea about a year ago to represent me with my Adjustment of Status case. From the very beginning she explained in detail what my husband and I needed to do and gather in order to start the case. She was very patient with us while we were trying to collect the necessary evidence for our case and she guided us throughout the entire process from beginning to end. Every time I had a question, she was there to answer me. I never had an issue with getting updates about my case because she was always on top of it and kept me informed about all the following steps. My application did not have any mistakes and this made the case go under normal processing time with no unnecessary delays. I never had an issue with communication because she always called me back or responded to my emails as soon as she had chance. Her professionalism, competence, and commitment towards my case made me feel confident by the time I got my interview. There were no surprises. She prepped my husband and I very well and explained clearly how to approach the interview with no mistakes. She did not treat me like I was one more number or one more client, she showed she cared about me and my case.
