My ex wife has a recent history of mental health issues (including psychiatric hospitalizations). I'm a PhD student, gainfully employed and have had full custody of our son until I hired Christine. She submitted declarations with no exhibits (although I have plenty), told me I didn't need to show up in court (I live out of state) but doing so actually angered judge...and on and on. Now, my son's mother, with a very recent history of drug abuse and severe mental illness- who has also been MIA since 4/10- has shared custody. Worst attorney ever. Then her papalegal- Anita- says it's my fauly and that I should "suck it up." BTW- I paid her office $280/hr for this top-notch service. I've already contacted the San Diego Bar.
