I cannot rave enough about Sotera Anderson. I feel truly blessed that to have found her! Sotera helped me with a lemon law suit for a car I had purchased in San Jose, CA. I now live in Henderson, NV and when googling for an attorney to help me, thankfully Sotera's website came up. Sotera worked with me flawlessly, even though I am remote. She asked me to submit documents so she could evaluate my case, which she agreed to take on at no cost to me. What a relief! I had talked to 2 local NV attorney; neither one impressed me. Sotera did. She is clearly knowledgeable, compassionate and exceedingly organized. She kept me apprised at every step along the way and told me what to expect next. The end result was a lemon law settlement that was beyond my expectations. It was so stressful dealing with all the car troubles, but Sotera made getting to the right outcome very easy and stress free. Sotera is just a gem. I hope I never have the need of hiring a lemon law attorney again, but, if I do, Sotera will be the first and only person I call!

Sotera Anderson helped us to update our existing trust from another state, so that the trust would be compliant with the state laws of California. She was able to update the trust while keeping it named the same. This made the process effortless since we did not need to update all our accounts and assets. She helped us set up a family emergency plan, so our children would have a caregiver immediately in case of an emergency. She worked with us to create a legacy video for our children, which was a lot of fun.

Where do I start about Sotera Anderson. I had a problem with my new motorcycle and called several Attorneys. The Attorneys office I spoke with said they didn’t think could win but fill out paper work and email it to them. I finally found Sotera Anderson and spoke to her directly. I should note that the other Attorneys I called I only spoke to office people, but with Sotera I spoke to her directly. I had some small hurdles to over come but Sotera guided me alone the way even though at that point she hadn’t taken my case yet. Sotera was very patient and when the time was right Sotera took my case and went head on with the manufacturer and dealership ultimately wining my case and I received a brand new motorcycle. Through the process Sotera kept me informed of my case.. Thank you Sotera!!!

Sotera Anderson woke me up from Chrysler's Lemon nightmare! I had an ongoing battle with Chrysler for two years about my 2018 Pacifica Hybrid, which broke down NINE times, several times at intersections and once on the 10 freeway as giant trucks whizzed by inches away. While my van clearly fit the criteria of a Lemon in the state of California, Chrysler was obstructive, nasty and generally awful about the endless repairs and my eventual attempt to get them to take the van back. I contacted an attorney here in Los Angeles after I had brought the van in for service 6 times and Chrysler had 4 times rejected my Lemon Law case, but this man didn't think I had a case! I am not an attorney and I had no interest in investing more time and energy into this mess, and frankly I was getting depressed, but instead of selling it a loss, I tried one last time and found Ms Anderson on an online search. To my great relief, she was immediately responsive, sympathetic and helpful. It took another year as Chrysler took every possible evasion tactic to avoid taking responsibility, and 3 more terrifying breakdowns, but Chrysler did take back the van and left me at a $0 balance. Sotera also negotiated that they not deduct mileage and other sneaky anti-consumer loopholes that the automotive industry has legislated for themselves over the years. They also payed Ms Anderson, so I didn't have to pay out more injury toward this insult. Some people have asked why I didn't sue for more, but I'm not litigious and I'm just glad it's over. Breaking even was more than I had expected given the runaround that Chrysler had taunted me with for over a year. Ms Anderson was helpful, patient and supportive through this entire process. She laid out the process in a clear, non-jargoney way, and made it clear what documentation she needed and she kept up to date on the payments I had to continue making so that the settlement would be accurate. She kept me updated on the progress and back-and-forth with Chrysler, and it was a happy day indeed when the settlement was finalized and I had the van towed (Surprise! It wouldn't start for the 10th and final time!) to the dealership and was given a check for the money I had paid Chrysler. After battling Chrysler for a year on my own it was clear that I could not have had a successful outcome by myself, and I enthusiastically recommend Sotera's services.

Sotera is so knowledgeable and truly cares about helping her clients protect their estates and legacies. If you want a thorough estate plan, then Sotera is the best choice!!

My experience with Soltera regarding my motorcycle was amazing. She made everything so simple and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I'm extremely impressed with the way everything was handled and turned out. I would recommend her hands down! She does phenomenal work!!

This review is way overdue...I contacted Mrs. Anderson because I was sold a piece of trash. I took the vehicle a total of 7 times to various dealers for the same transmission/electronic issues and lost tens of thousands of dollars in the process. I finally decided to hire a lawyer and stumbled upon Mrs. Anderson's company info. She helped me get rid of the problem and got a refund check for me too. I highly recommend her!
