In 2006, my father passed away in WV and I needed to have a Living Trust prepared for both the assets I inherited and existing assets in California. She was able to contact a local attorney in WV to help with their local laws and procedures when I had to travel to change the deeds into my Living Trust. Very efficient and quicker than I expected.
