Dimitry is a ROCKSTAR! I could not of been treated better by anyone. He was so compassionate and caring. Made me feel like I was his most important client. No one ever got back to us to let us know if the attorney will accept or decline our case. We followed up too. We wanted to see if the attorney could take our case and didn't receive any response. Can't comment on the attorney's work, but the way we were ignored didn't leave a very positive impression. Disappointing, because my husband was a Marine and we were excited about the prospect of working with a fellow Marine on our case. We had to find help elsewhere after trying to give this firm a chance for two weeks and stalling to sign with other attorneys.

Dimitry is an amazing attorney! I was referred to Dimitry by another lawyer back in 2022 to help me remove a TRO that was unjustly put on me. I hired Dimitry again in 2023 for my daughter’s custody case and he helped me by winning SOLE Legal custody of my daughter. I had hired 2 different lawyers in the past for my custody case and they had both told me winning sole legal was not going to happen and Dimitry made it happen! I am truly grateful for Dimitry and everyone at Erudaitius law firm. Kristina and Dylan were always very responsive and prompt to my emails or phone calls with any questions or concerns I had regarding my case. Dimitry was not only very professional, accommodating, and transparent with me during my particular case but showed an amazing presence in the court room when dealing with the judge and his peers. I have been dealing with a narcissistic ex that was not only eagerly motivated to destroy my foundation with my children and I, but defame and slander my children’s living, educational, and work environment. I was completely distraught after having decelerations filed with the court that were completely untrue and false. Dimitry provided a since of compassion and understanding of what I was up against. He administered a degree of respect to my family and I. Bottom line, he fought for my kids and I and helped us secure the healthy, nourishing, and productive environment we have developed over the last three years. The best decision I made was NOT to continue to act as Pro Se. In lieu of that decision, I retained Dimitry who was able to protect and speak eloquently on my behalf. Dimitry was transparent with me, listened to all my concerns, and preformed flawless in my DVO- Domestic Violence Order. Dimitry’ sun court presence was highly respected by our Judge who listened to his calm and educational approach. He was arguably flawless in his approach. Over the last 6 years of dealing with Family Court in multiple states, I would not only highly recommend, but strongly advocate to any parent who wants the best for their children to retain, not only a great lawyer, but better person as a complete secure extension for their family. He stood up for our family, my kids and it s culture, which at the end of the day, means everything to me. Thus far, my amazing children can focus on themselves, their school, sports, and friends without having to look over their shoulder.

I've had the privilege of working with Dimitry on 2 contracts that were absolutely crucial for my business. Although Dimitry specializes in Family law, he was not only willing to help but extremely knowledgable and thorough during this process.
