I highly recommend Attorney Douglas if your car is a lemon. I drove a brand-new Tesla for a year and had to take it in for service six times due to screen issues. Do you think you have a lemon of a vehicle? **********CALL DOUG SOHN!********* He and his staff are super nice and really pay attention to every detail, and they made this process so easy for me. I leased a beautiful new 2022 RAM 1500 right off the showroom floor. But within just a few hundred miles I was already taking it in for repairs. I took it in 9 or 10 times in less than two years. Thankfully, I have a lemon-law lawyer in the family, so I called Doug to see if I had a case. He had me gather every work order (pre-work) and invoice (post-repair) and email them to him. The service department didn’t have any problem emailing copies to me, either. THAT made everything so much easier, too. I did have a case, and in a phone consultation, Doug walked me through the process. The whole process took about 6 months. And now I have a small chunk of change that I had not expected to have. Shortly after we bought our new RV we began to experience issues we thought could be repaired. I had the pleasure of working with Doug Sohn and his company when I was filing my Lemon Law. I was anxious and hesitant about filing against a big car maker anyhow (had a Blind Spot Assist manufacturer issue), let alone just choosing anyone from the internet. What I loved about Doug was that he and his wonderful assistant Eivie spoke to me directly each time. I wasn't passed back and forth between multiple people like I had experienced when I first inquired with a much bigger LA firm. I purchased a lemon car and worked with a lawyer for over two months who did not seem to think I had a case and hardly would get back to me.
