Michelle and her staff were an invaluable resource in the completion of my divorce. A matter that I was advised would be "simple" by my previous attorney when I completed legal separation a few years ago was not simple at all. Through the diligence and hard work of Michelle and her staff, my divorce was finalized with minimal disruption to my life. They definitely did all of the hard work in what truly was a much more complicated situation than either Michelle or I were anticipating. Whether you are facing a family law situation that is simple, complicated, or somewhere in between, I highly recommend Michelle and her amazing team.

I think she is capable lawyer but she doesn't have time for you. May be my case was not big enough for her. She had over 70 clients/case and she just didn't have time to spend on my case. I had to create document and brief her before every hearing so that she remembers what my case was all about and I had to tell her what is our strategy is and what we need to focus on and what we need to say. While I was paying her by the hour. I almost should have represented myself. I think I lost child custody due to lack of her focus. She was slow and therefore we never had initiative.

At a time when so many things were happening in my life, Ms. Sullivan and her staff made things much easier to understand and deal with. I always felt that they were putting my needs first when I was unable to do so and yet they listened to me and my opinions. They made a difficult process much more bearable.

I feel very comfortable working with Michelle for my divorce, she always keeps me informed about any thing coming up or any changes that have occurred and I feel confident knowing that she is handling the case

Michelle Sullivan's law firm handled my divorce case. Initially I was on a "limited scope" basis, which is less expensive than hiring her to handle the entire case. Limited scope simply means that they do all the "leg work" as far as paperwork and filings, but I had to go to all the court dates. This was extremely helpful to me as a single parent. My case was a bit complicated, but they were on board and always there to help in any way they could. Towards the end of my case, I ended up hiring Michelle on a full scale as things were just not moving in a forward motion. Michelle was amazing! I would definitely recommend Sullivan Law Firm and plan to use her in any future legal matters I may have.

Michelle is great! I worked with a different lawyer the last time my son's father brought me to court. I spent the same amount of money in both cases (even thought the other lawyer claimed to charge $100 less an hour). Michelle doesn't waste your money. She has good paralegals that can do most of the work, but she is there when she is needed. I was informed on all decisions made and my input was requested every step of the way. Michelle is extremely knowledgeable of the court system. She knows what should and should not be presented to support your case. She gives great advice. For example, my son's father was constantly sending texts/emails trying to start arguments. My first lawyer told me to get used to it because there was nothing I could do about it. Michelle immediately told me about Our Family Wizard (a website that monitors your communication) which has significantly cut down on the emails/texts. Michelle is great at what she does. She did not back down when the opposing lawyer was laying in on her, she gave it right back to him. I have a lot of respect for Michelle. I will definitely be asking her advice before submitting any future petitions to the court. If I ever do need representation again, I will without a doubt hire Michelle.

it can be hard looking for a good lawyer. I Was so happy with Michelle Sullivan. From the first time I met with her she explained each step I would take and answered all the questions that I had she was very clear and easy to understand. She is very thorough and kept me informed on each step that we took I felt very calm and secure when we went to court because I knew that she had been very Thurrell I was totally prepared as we went and I highly recommend Michelle to anyone who is looking for a lawyer such as herself I have been really blessed by having the opportunity to work with her

I was referred to Michelle Sullivan by my Rreal Estate attorney. I have been a client of hers for 4 years. Michelle has always been honest and straight forward. Several times I have needed her help asap and she immediately responded to my emergency. I always felt my best interest was her main concern. Her staff has a wonderful "can do" attitude. I had an amazing experience, I know I had the best!!

My ex and I are fairly amicable and it was suggested we mediate our divorce to cut costs. What a joke that turned out to be! Michelle found ways to charge out of thin air apparently. And after spending hours and hours in mediation, everything came down to the last five minutes regarding solutions and they weren't even in the ballpark of what my ex and I were already agreeing to!!!!!!! Her secretary would tell us one thing on the phone and Michelle would tell me what I was told was incorrect. It's her employee!! Train her then!!!! Michelle was also always late in getting back to me prior to our first appointment and very cold and short when she did. She'd talk incessantly about her son going off to college and would bill me for this!!!! She's obviously tired of being a lawyer and it shows. I regret the day we used this so-called attorney.

Michelle Sullivan very ably "drives the bus" for me. She makes the decisions per my request, but always in consultation with me. I have avoided emotional decision making which feeds conflict, the primary source of excessive legal fees. Michelle welcomed my cost containment efforts, including filling out income and expense documents myself to avoid costly interviews with staff to collect and organize information for data entry. On a number of occasions she encouraged me to contact my spouse directly to work-out minor financial concerns rather than paying her law firm to respond to a letter from opposing counsel that could have been satisfied with a simple phone call to me from my spouse.

I previously used Michelle Sullivan for my mediation. I was very pleased how things went especially at a very hard time of my life. She was fair, honest, and even after many years later, I have no regrets to mediation. The cost was right and much less than litigation cost which would have been in the high thousands! I highly recommend her for mediation.
