She procured all of the necessary records and she called and kept me informed of the progress and the court dates. If I called with a question, my call was always promptly returned. I felt she was in charge which left me feeling very comfortable with her. My lawsuit ended with arbitration and I felt she represented me very well. I had never been involved in a lawsuit before, and I was very nervous and hesitant about entering into it, but after speaking with Jenni, I was able to focus on my goal to correct a wrong, and I felt confident proceeding.
