We had a trust set up in 2000 from another entity and was referred to Preston Estate Planning by a good friend. After our preliminary zoom meeting, we decided to move ahead with updating our current trust. The program from Preston Estate Planning is very detailed and thorough as they take you through the process. No stone is left unturned. They are professional, friendly, excellent communicators and highly organized. At the end of the process, we are very pleased with the outcome when compared to the other entity we used in 2000. For the first time since 2000, we know that we have everything in order or in process to effectively deliver our wishes to our family members while managing our tax liability. They provided us with a beautiful three ring binder and a USB drive that contains all of our documents for easy review and retrieval. In addition, they offer continued updates and education to those that join their LIFEPLAN Program. Through this program, they will let you know of any changes in the laws or policies that could effect your estate and planning going forward. It just doesn't get much better than this! We recommend Preston Estate Planning to those who are in the early thought process or those who, like us, have a trust that needs to be updated and managed better by a highly competent legal organization.

We started working with Preston Estates Planning about 10 years ago. At our initial meeting, Mr. Preston personally reviewed our old Living Trust that was made several years ago. He pointed out and explained chapter by chapter what is important and what needs updates. When we decided to join this company, we were told it will be best to redo the living trust. The cost was fair based on the fact we had consulted other estate attorneys. Since then our Living Trust is proactively kept up to date as per laws and we seem to like the concept of a Life Plan. As far as we know Preston Estate company is the only company who does this Life Plan. Yes, it incurs some cost to maintain the plan but half of this cost is accrued in our account which can be used for future consultation by the trustees. Additional benefits of this firm are the regular newsletters and either Zoom or in-person presentations at various locations. This gives people to ask questions vis-à-vis. The lawyers and staff have always been helpful and responsive to every need or question that we have had. Given our experience so far, we have no doubt we'll continue working with them for many years to come for all our family's estate-related needs. Frankly, it is a peace of mind. We are amazed at some of the negative and unprofessional reviews of this firm. Our experience continues to be 5 Stars in every way.

Although we haven't often used the services available to us by the Preston firm, it's that ACE IN THE HOLE we know is there if we need it! The staff has ALWAYS been courteous, efficient, responsive and helpful! I know that if I call with a question I will get a complete and professional answer. AND, the monthly newsletter is SUCH fun! I go for Mr. Preston's wise editorial FIRST! My adult children are not clients; but I always make sure they read the newsletter.
