I have had trusts done by two other attorneys and Preston Estate Planning is by far the most comprehensive. I had left some property in my Exemption trust and my heirs were going to have to pay taxes on their inheritance. John Preston showed me how to bring the property back into my trust which will save them over $250.000. PEP also has ongoing seminars which are very helpful with the ever changing tax code.

Preston really knows their business when dealing with Living Trusts. The lifetime membership is very helpful as you do not have to pay extra legal fees to update your trusts, which happens more than you would think. Also this give you piece of mind, knowing that your trust will be kept up to date. Their webinars are often very informative as well as having humorous byplay.
