I find Preston Estate Planning to be exceptional. The service has been excellent and the monthly seminars very informative. I have recommended them to several of my family and friends.

I saw an introductry video sponsored by Preston Estate Planning and was impressed by the thought provoking issues presented. I had a Trust that was written by another attorney and didn't realize that it was lacking in many ways. However, after hearing the video presented by the attorneys at Preston Estate, I was concerned that my Trustee/Beneficiary may encounter trouble that was not addressed in my current Trust. There was substantial ease in the process. An initial telephonic interview established what I needed. Any concerns that I had during the process were quickly addressed by email through counsel or the office manager. When I finally received my document, I reviewed it on my time and then set up an appointment with the assigned notary who traveled to me for final signing in the presence of my witnesses. Step by step instructions were included for easing the process. I appreciate the extra mile the firm goes in maintaining copies of your documents. This provides the Trustee with a resource to turn to if there are difficulties upon incapacity or death. There is also an available service that provides for updating your Trust to keep it current with any changes in the law. This is especially important because changes in the law may effect the outcome of your Trust. These are services that were not available with the firm that wrote my prior Trust. It is not inexpensive, but for the thoroughness of the document and the additional services that are available, it is well worth the trade-off. I have greater peace of mind knowing that the assets in my estate will go directly where I intend. Although it can be unsettling to have such an important issue handled without a face-to-face meeting with an attorney, I have no reservation recommending Preston Estate Planning for your Trust needs.
