Beginning with my first interaction with Preston Estate Planning I knew I had found the right legal firm to work with in establishing my Living Trust. They were flexible and easy to work with. Their knowledge base was second to none. I was kept in the loop about each step in the process of preparing my Living Trust. We have had trusts done before in two different states and we believe this trust is the most complete and comprehensive yet. Our Trust done in Texas was not done correctly and the error was discovered by John Preston and his team upon reviewing of our existing trust documents. In some way it fits their logo on the back of their business cards - “We fix Trusts”. We also like the concierge set up which gives us a single point of contact in getting things answered and done efficiently. We like working with John and his team They are very professional, knowledgeable and businesslike.

We have changed our trust a few times and always get prompt and courteous service, including Preston lawyers asking questions to help get things right. I also enjoy watching some of their question and answer sessions and other videos.

Preston Estate Planning prepared my life plan which has the revocable trust, advanced health care directive and the financial setup in the case pf incapacity. They were truthful in all questions presented to them. Their once a month presentation and question and answer sessions were very educational. I recently had Preston Estate Planning create my trust. I avoided doing it for years because I knew it would be overwhelming. It was always on my mind but knew I had to do it. Years ago, we did a trust with a very nice lawyer, and he did a fine job, I'm sure. But that was it. No follow up, no help with getting assets into the trust. Preston Estate Planning has been our trust attorneys for 20 years. Not only are the Trust documents relatively easy to understand, but the funding procedures are well explained and the office assistance is very helpful in accomplishing this sometimes confusing task. The annual review is a must-have - various trustees and funding are examined every year to keep the client and her/his documents up to date. Preston is not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. We would not trust anyone else to do it.

It's so important to have your estate in order for those who will be picking up the pieces when you're gone. And Preston has given us the information we needed to get set up and importantly, to get the assets into the Living Trust. Also, JM, our attorney, has been available to answer questions through the years as our situation changes or as the laws have changed. I give them the highest marks!
