I attended several Preston Estate Planning meetings with my dad, as a Trustee on my parent's trust. I was always impressed with their professionalism and willingness to educate their clients on estate planning matters. They also had a good sense of humor which turned an otherwise dry subject into an interesting one. I was also impressed by the thoroughness and presentation of my dad's trust documents. When it came time to for my husband and I to amend our family trust, Mr. Preston spent ample time answering our questions, asking questions, and advising us. The documents were prepared in the time promised and arrived in a beautiful binder. A mobile notary was provided when our signatures were needed, and the finalized copy returned in both physical and digital formats. Their staff have always been professional, friendly, and accessible. I highly recommend Preston Estate Planning.

Preston Estate Planning was recommended to us by a close friend and we are very glad they did. We found JM Preston to be honest and professional. He was very upfront about the fact that we could find less expensive alternatives, but we could tell by the thoroughness of his presentation that using their services would give us piece of mind that the prepared documents will provide the appropriate protections when they are needed. The process did a bit longer than we expected. The interview itself is quick and painless... but getting the documents back, reading through them, initialing and signing each page, having the documents notarized, returning the signed documents to have copies made by the firm, and then having the final signed documents sent back to us again... did take a couple of months. Each of the steps is important and was handled professionally... we just did not realize all of the steps involved. We are very satisfied with the end product though, and have no problem recommending their services to others.

Saw an advertisement for Preston Estate Planning and watched an informational webinar to review the benefits of engaging with the law firm to create an estate plan and living trust. Had a one on one conversation with JM Preston to discuss our needs and unique situation prior to making the decision to move forward. The process has been exactly as described, straight forward and organized. Questions are answered quickly and we participate in Q&A sessions offered online to become more knowledgeable about laws and situations that affect or could affect our estate plan. We feel confident and secure with our estate documents.

I am an attorney, but do not practice in the area of estate planning. Even though I know a number of lawyers and law firms which do practice in this area, I chose the Preston firm after listening to a presentation and conducting an interview with Mr. Preston. As I client, I can attest to the fact that the Preston law firm is not only very knowledgeable, but is very responsive to any and all questions or concerns and takes the time and effort required to assist its clients.
