Excellent discussion of current issues. Most important advice to give to family... "First call the Preston Estate office if I die." Life Plan program annual review helps me get and keep my assets in the correct title. Thank you again!

Informative presentation

Though slightly on the expensive side, Preston Estate Planning is the most knowledgeable and highly professional law service in creating watertight TRUST documents that protect you in sometimes extremely complicated situations. Besides, they organize quarterly, semiannual, and annual seminars with explanations of any latest changes in estate laws. They also perform, in the frame of their separate LIFE PLAN Membership program, yearly reviews and updates of the TRUST for adherence to the changing laws. Many people create their own TRUSTS using either a software or a cheap lawyer, who uses the same software (as I did quite a some time ago). However, when I was introduced to the Preston Estate Planning group, I have found out how much detail was missed in the computer-generated document and the choice was obvious - go with professionals and you are being taken care of during the times of constant changes in the law and final execution of the TRUST when you are going to a better place and your descendants need a good shepherd to know what to do and how to do with the TRUST you left to them.

My husband passed in December and after contacting your office in Jan. I was advised JR would contact me about our Trust. It was revised and he explained a lot that was covered today. I needed to hear it again to in order to more clearly understand the complicated issues. I am so grateful the Trust has been updated and appreciate JRs patience and knowledge as well as the others three who presented. A great presentation by all. Thank you. Anne

My daughter, who is my Power of Attorney, had to use their services in January 2021 when I was hospitalized with Covid-19 and close to death. The staff was very helpful and sent documents of my health directive to her so that she could forward to the hospital in order to communicate with the ER doctors and staff. My wife heard a presentation years ago and was alarmed that "making an estate plan" was not something you put in a binder and shelved! We met privately with John and learned a lot more and signed up.
