I was not home and got part of it from my phone but then it cut out. I will look for it on your web site next week. Generally good information to hear. My question is: what about the portability portion of my deceased husband's estate that was added to mine as far as new rules may apply. I know they aren't set yet but how will that likely play into the changes and reduced estate limits if and when they are lowered?

I continue to enjoy the monthly webinars both for their convenience of place and the variety of information. I always learn something new and pertinent to our situation during these sessions. We've been clients for over 12 years and have marveled at how the firm has evolved to keep up with regulatory changes and technical challenges. I'm sure it takes a great deal of effort to digest the legal material and then share it with clients in an understandable way.

As always, Preston is a wealth of information...My husband and I can't imagine doing this without working with them and having them 'on our team'!!! The ability to send in questions for their regularly scheduled virtual meetings is great, and it's so helpful that they tape these for future reference etc. In addition, since we are part of their 'Life Plan Membership', most all changes to our trust, etc. are included, so we can call any time to talk with them and facilitate needed changes, without worrying about additional fees, etc. So thankful we found them some years ago, after attending one of their seminars, and then following up with an in-person meeting with them!! So impressed with them. We tell all our friends about them and recommend them whole heartedly Thank you for all you do!!

Topics relevant to my current needs. Well presented in an understandable way. Triggered questions which I will follow up on via telephone. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was generous and very good. Appreciate these regular meetings as well as the Q and As at other times. Thanks you, team, for your efforts to keep clients on top of all aspects of their Trusts. Well worth the Life Membership cost. Update. Since Covid, the meetings have been limited to an online format of Questions and Answers. Love them. No need to dress up and drive somewhere, just register in advance and join in. The topics remain relevant, interesting and the casual, friendly atmosphere makes learning new things easy. Again, the Life Membership cost (a reasonable yearly fee) is VERY worth what clients receive. I highly recommend Preston Estate Planning....which I do regularly whenever the opportunity arises. Update 4/30/21. All the changes that are occurring make these Q&A sessions even more valuable. And if it's hard to keep up, going to the website give opportunity to review them. Again, Preston Estate Planning gives great information, excellent service and a sense of being cared for without ending up feeling overwhelmed with "legalize". Outstanding firm. As always you have done a great job in your presentation. You had me chuckling a number of times. As I am now a single person with a joint Trustee on a new property , I filter some of your information to fit my situation. When you refer to specific items I know it is in my Trust as we review yearly. I really liked the input on how my executors can access the Q&A sessions. Keep up the good work.

The recent Life Program session was excellent. It was informative and the smaller format worked very well. These sessions are a great way for people to ask questions and get immediate answers.
