Both Prestons, father and son, do a great job explaining the various aspects of the Trust. I only wish the session would be longer, or more frequent, so that more of the audience's questions would be answered. March 2022: As a result of watching the webinars, my wife and I asked Preston to prepare our Trust. Again we were happily impressed. Thorough interviews, great assistance, a professional Trust document with excellent explanations, a membership providing us with updates as necessary, etc.. In particular, we like that Preston will guide and support our Successor Trustee after my wife and I both pass.

The conversational dialogue is easy to connect to. Especially appreciated the discussion of the tax consequences of several of the propositions. Also appreciate the annual reminder to update asset list and title/beneficiary of existing assets.

Preston Estate Planning has provided excellent client communication during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their virtual workshops have allowed their clients to ask important estate planning questions. The information shared in the one hour zoom workshops have been even better than the actual live workshops as those sessions were held in cities far from my home and at times I cannot attend. The monthly virtual workshops Are spit on with valuable information. Thank you to al Preston Estate Planning staff!

I found the time to commence very helpful. At time start I expected to be informed of what to do but it went silent and I found the performers by fishing round.. I found the exercise very interesting and plan on future participation .

John Preston, SR, drew up our trust in 1990; his team reviews all trusts every year to bring them up to date with the ever changing laws. His firm also has seminars several times a year in locations throughout CA where his clients are able to ask questions and receive answers. Also, if a client needs help, there is always a lawyer ready to return a call and answer the concern. Recently with COVID19 he and his son have had Demio on-line informative meetings where a person can also ask questions and receive knowledgable answers. I highly recommend this firm--probably the best in CA.

John and his team have provided thoughtful advice to my wife and me as we review and update our estate plan. They have shown us the pros and cons of potential decisions, thereby allowing us to effect the best result for our family. Additionally, and equally important, they have developed a professional organization to continue to advise us and our surviving children should something happen to either John or JM.

I would love to have a copy of these discussions to send to my son who is out of state as he is my executor.
