Everything is going okay, but this is premature. We have paid for everything I think, but we don't have a final wills/trusts/medical forms etc. to review and we don't have a summary of what has changed and we haven't signed off on anything yet. The lawyers at Preston Estate Planning are well versed in their areas of expertise. The workshops they put on are well attended, yet you do not feel like just another face in the crowd. The topics are timely, going over changes to the laws and new laws. The speakers also go over the basics of the trust to refresh memories and to inform family members who attend of the way the trust will work when needed. Presentations are concise but never dry. Anecdotes and real life experiences keep the topics easy to understand and sometimes funny. I always look forward to these presentations. When my spouse passed away, the process went smoothly because the company has everything well organized.

We first had a living trust from John Preston in 1985 that has been updated as our lives have changed and as the laws have changed. Preston Estate Planning absolutely keeps up with all changes in the applicable laws and makes sure that our Life Plan is up to date. It is reassuring to us to know they will be there for our heirs to help them settle our estate the way we intended .

When I have questions they always respond in a reasonable time frame. They are very thorough when following up oninformation they need from you. I like the yearly review of items in the trust. Have been a client for over 20 years and would recommend them to anyone wanting to establish a trust.
