Yes, I did enjoy your recent workshop. One learns from other clients questions. It always seems we do not know or fail to remember so many things. I do, as well, like your agenda workshops. Thank you for the multiple time slots. I am the caregiver for my husband and this allows me to select the best time to get a caregiver for him. Our son now attends your work shops, with me, and finds them very informative and should be helpful to him as he has not been involved before. Would it be possible to print some of the informative questions, to all, in your monthly publication? I look forward to receiving it each month. This was my first "no agenda" workshop. Thank you.

The Preston Estate Planning has handled our Trust since 1988. We are now working under the Sixth Amendment. While in years past we handled estate planning by a shake of the hand and a smile, we have grown into a nightmare of laws and more paperwork. John and members of his firm have led us through the maze several times. In the last seminar, we learned more about the trials and tribulations of distribution of assets than we could ever have imagined. The annual review of the Trust Agreement has been extremely helpful for our future plans. I know that when we have the need, the "Preston Gang" will be there to assist. Thank you, John and staff!

The only other meeting we had attended was the one, I think it was in January in Mission Valley, that was packed to the gills. The meeting on September 13th, also in Mission Valley, was much more enjoyable due to the number of people in attendance making it very comfortable, the ability to ask whatever questions you had, and the length of the meeting. We appreciated the way the questions were repeated by the facilitator so everyone could hear (my husband is hard of hearing), the way the three men shared answering of the questions, and the fact that the vocabulary used in answering the questions was pretty much understandable. It was definitely worth attending.

Good pace to the meeting & I got my question answered in sufficient detail. I really appreciate that it moved along quickly. Well done!

We have been with Preston organization for many years and we have nothing but great services from them. The best thing is that they take care of our estate planning and protection automatically without almost any effort from our side. They used to have quarterly videos mailed to us so we can keep updated on various topics and now we can get online. The frequent big physical gathering presentations in Northern California have been very helpful to keep up with all new changes regarding to our estate planning too. The new Q&A sessions newly started are superb to attend and we will always attend just to listen to their presentation as well as many questions asked during the session. The last one held in San Jose was great. Previous one in Walnut creek was held in a small room which was not that great but information we got was great and helpful. We are glad that we have joined Preston's great group taking care of us even geographically we reside in Northern California for which we have not had any problem with their services.

Excellent legal design and support of Living Trust. Sometimes a little confusion about detailed paperwork required for complete registration of assets and transfer of estate assets. Probably need at least annual review of components.

Preston Estate Planning is the best estate planning firm my husband and I have engaged for our estate planning needs. Getting their invitation to a lunch meeting was a God-send. John’s presentation displayed his many years of experience in this field and he made this sometimes-difficult topic easier to understand with his quick wit and humor. Once I received the trust documents for review, I went through each and every chapter deliberately since I wanted to understand what my husband and I were putting our signatures to. I was so amazed and grateful for the patience and grace of JM and Rebecca for sending me detailed answers to my numerous questions. The company also makes sure we are on top of funding our trusts by giving us detailed lists and instructions for titling our assets and having the right beneficiaries. It is a great comfort to know that if anything tragic happens to my husband and me, my children have a knowledgeable consultant readily available to help them. We appreciate the annual meetings and the more intimate regional meetings the firm conducts so we can have our specific questions answered. I personally love the monthly Newsletter we get, including all the articles that exhibit the noble spirit of this firm. It’s one of the many ways that show we have hired the right consultant for our estate planning needs. We are thankful that John Preston “did the right thing” when he pursued this totally important and systematic way of helping people with estate planning. We are a client for life and have asked our friends and relatives to consider this firm for Estate Planning as well.

The Preston firm, in our experience, has always been a class act!! The staff is quickly responsive, always helpful and respectful! Mr. John Preston, from the first time we met him, has always presented a caring, professional persona; and I am confident we made the right choice in selecting Preston Law Firm for our estate planning. As an aside, one of the things I LOVE about this man is his sense of humor! Delightful! Years ago (more than 20, I think) our bank hosted Mr. Preston and advertised a "seminar" he offered to people contemplating setting up trusts. We attended that seminar in, I think it was, Menlo Park and have been with Preston since that time. Thanks to Mr. Preston and his staff for the confidence we feel in establishing and maintaining our family trust!

The smaller format question and answer session went well. I was pleased that the questions were relevant and led to such helpful responses from the attorneys. Since it was going so well I did not want to interrupt to let you know how helpful the newsletter had been for us. I have copied articles and sent them to our children. I feel they are getting to know the people they will be working with someday and will be better prepared to be successor trustees and executors. We are very pleased with the education we receive from Preston Estate Planning.
