Mr. Gedulin is an extraordinary criminal defense attorney whose determination and dedication made all the difference in my case. I was charged with Importing 40 lbs of Methamphetamine over an international border which made my case federal and I was facing up to 10 years in federal prison. But despite the enormous challenges he faced, including having little to no information to work with throughout the process, Mr. Gedulin went above and beyond. From the start he reassured me that he would do everything possible to fight for the best outcome, and he delivered on that promise. Mr. Gedulin maintained constant communication with me, providing updates, answering my questions, and offering guidance that helped ease my anxiety during the absolute worst time in my entire life. His persistence ultimately led to an outcome I never thought was possible. I took a plea offer and plead to Willful Negligence that he somehow managed to negotiate with the DA and at my sentencing gave the best speech on my behalf. Ultimately I was sentenced to three years federal probation and home confinement the first year. As of today I'm extremely excited to share that I was recently released from probation a whole year early. I appreciate all his hard work, professionalism, and genuine care for my well-being. If you need a criminal defense attorney who will fight for you even under the most challenging circumstances, I cannot recommend Mr. Gedulin enough. I spoke with George on the phone regarding filing a motion for attorney’s fees for a frivolous case that was filed against me. Rather than pushing me to retain him, he instead offered the advice that I would be paying him a lot of money to get up to speed with the case, and I should consider doing the motion myself. He provided a template that I could use. I appreciated his candor in the matter, and his time, and his impartial opinion on how my previous attorney had handled the matter.
