I came to work with Begum to solve a problem that has been haunting me for about a year. During this time I have done quite a bit of research and thought that I knew my options. I normally don't write good reviews because I feel like I am helping someone get business which I am not getting compensated for and I do expect for people to do their job. I will write bad reviews if someone or a business was really bad and I want others to know. However, in this case, I have to write something. My wife and I found ourselves in a financial hole and through our insurance, found Ms. Chen. Simply put, she made the process transparent and efficient. I have to also give props to her assistant Rhea. I probably should not say this, but it does not hurt that they are both pretty ladies (smile). Anyways, they were professional and made this rough time for us go smoothly. Being truthful, I have to admit that at the end, I did have a question with billing, but Ms. Chen explained the reason for the extra charge and I was satisfied with her explanation. In closing, I would absolutely reccommend her expertise to family members/friends in a heartbeat. Thank you Ms. Chen.
