From my first experience to the last Julie Westerman was professional, understanding, and able to clarify a very difficult process. Dealing with family law issues is a very intimidating and overwhelming experience. However when we started talking to Julie I instantly felt calm and more confident about my situation. And when Julie was in the courtroom with us I felt like she not only had my best interests in mind, but my whole family's. I cannot thank these people at this firm enough for the outcome of my case. Family law is not something I would recommend trying to do on your own. I did it for a few years and felt like I could never win. Now I feel like I have won. I have recommended multiple people personally, and will continue to recommend anyone that has a family law issue to this firm with the knowledge that there life will be better off on the other side. AMAZING SERVICE!!!! I retained an attorney with MS&M to handle my divorce case. In one of the most difficult, stressful, upsetting times in my life, when nothing was certain I knew I could count on my attorney to be there for me. knowledgeable, experienced, and respectful staff who will go the extra mile while fighting for you! Jeremy Boyer and his staff, Sara and Stacie, helped me secure a BIG WIN! Post-divorce I suddenly found myself in need of an attorney to help me fight for the protection of my kids. An acquaintance referred Jeremy Boyer with the warning that he's aggressive. That is exactly the type of attorney I needed! Unlike the attorney I used for my divorce, Jeremy heard my story, believed my case was worthy of what I was asking, and went for it. My previous attorney, during my divorce, left me feeling defeated by giving me all the reasons why a judge would likely not grant me what I wanted despite a lengthy history of compelling evidence, and urged me to settle for much less than what I knew was best for our kids. Jeremy was the type of attorney I needed from the get-go. He gave me the best and worst-case scenarios, didn’t sugar-coat anything, but also held the motto that if you don’t ask, you don’t receive. He also didn't let me get pushed around by my ex; he pushed back on my behalf and encouraged me to hold my line. While this process was definitely mentally and emotionally taxing, Jeremy's guidance, counsel, and representation in court lead me to get what was needed to protect my kids. I sleep better now, knowing the orders put in place will keep my kids safe. I am forever grateful to Jeremy Boyer and his staff, Sara and Stacie. A word of advice for those seeking divorce: What you expect to be a fairly amicable process often turns ugly and you are faced with a person you didn't know existed. At that point, you don't want an attorney that simply goes through the motions. No attorney can guarantee an outcome, but they should at least put forth the effort to secure you the best outcome legally possible.

The process of divorce is harrowing and painful but the people and Moore Schulman and Moore, and especially Mr. Moore, made sure my dignity stayed in one piece and kept me informed every step of the way. Moore, Schulman & Moore attorney Nicole Martinez proved to be very helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable in her field of law. Nicole shepherded me through a complex legal situation, and was very efficient with her time. She was able to explain legal concepts and complications very clearly and helped me reach resolution in an expeditious manner. Additionally, the support staff was also very efficient and helpful when routing documents, invoices, etc... I recommend MSM, and Nicole Martinez for help in legal matters.
