I was referred to Jared A Roark from a friend. I was in dire need of an estate planning attorney to help me with the sale of my mother's house, which was documentation in her trust but the correct paperwork was never filed to transfer the deed into the trust. The day I called Mr. Roark, he was on it and told me exactly what needed to be done and what he needed from me. We were able to file the petition to transfer the deed to my mom's house to my name as the Trustee, per the trust's original instructions.

When our son was born my wife and I knew we needed to have an estate plan in place. Jared provided expert counsel to help us identify the important decision points and offered crucial guidance to make the difficult conversations much easier to get through.
