Kane handled this case like a real lawyer. Once I gave her and her office the details of my case, I sat back and let them do their work. My case was a hit and run that totaled my car and left me with some physical injuries, both of which were handled by the settlement money I received and the covered physical therapy. Kane had changed my point of view of injury attorneys. She is very personable and her office staff is absolutely spectacular. She never once made me feel like I was a burden since I often ask many questions and I tend to dwell and worry about things. I truly felt that she had my best interest and well-being first. I needed a voice to speak up for me and be my advocate and Kane did that and more. Someone had run a red light and totaled my car. After evidence of a dash cam, surveillance footage from a nearby gas station, and a pedestrian who witnessed the situation, things would work itself out. The other party said no contest to the claims. The compensation offered by the other insurance company was inadequate and I could not buy a replacement car and I was shaken up by the accident. I was heartbroken but my daughter was referred to Kane by a friend who had hired Kane in the past and it was the best thing that had happened. I consider myself to be very reasonable and I am not out to get anyone. However, by me being too kind, the insurance company was attempting to take advantage of me. Hiring an attorney was not in my plans since I figured it would only convolute the situation. But the Law offices of Kane Handel was not only a wonderful experience, it was not so stressful. She answered my questions during office hours AND outside of her office hours. She is pleasant, informative, and not condescending. Her office also took the time to explain things in other ways for me since English is a second language for me. I had never taken the time to place a review for anyone but I really wanted to give Kane my first review. She is THE one to have as your advocate in this situation and you will feel reassured that you are taken cared of. She exceeded my expectations and I am 100% happy with her work. I needed someone to help me and deal with the insurance companies. Before she came into the picture, I felt as if I was being cheated and helpless.
