I was in a severe car accident in January of 2015, my car was totaled and I was badly injured. Mrs. Handel worked tirelessly to get me the best settlement possible, which was way more than I had even fathomed. She was a rock for me to lean on during the entire process and I owe her so much. She also worked incredibly hard to get my medical bills reduced AFTER MY SETTLEMENT and then surprised me with a check in the mail. I would absolutely recommend.

A bit over 2 years ago, I was struck by a motorist while I was on my motorcycle. I'm generally not the type of person who immediately says, "I'm gonna sue...", but a friend suggested that I get a lawyer. Never having been in this kind of a situation before, I didn't even know where to start. It was literally by random chance that I came across a mailing from Kane Handel. I called and explained my situation. I was immediately impressed by Ms. Handel's candor, experience, and resources. Within two hours, she was sitting by my bed (I was bed-ridden for several months) presenting an entire folder of research that she had already accomplished - I couldn't believe it! It only got better from there. My case resolved in just over two years to my ABSOLUTE SATISFACTION! I was expecting a ton of miscellaneous charges at the end...thought I would get charged for every little phone call, etc. None of that happened. Kane did EXACTLY what she said she would do AND even sent me an EXTRA CHECK for several thousand dollars that she could have easily (and rightfully) kept for herself and I would have never know the difference. Kane gave me timely information when I needed it, genuinely cared for me and my case, and told me the TRUTH all the time - even when I didn't what to hear it. If I ever need an attorney of this type again, I will NOT hesitate to use Kane and I would recommend her services to anyone without reservation.
