Literally three different legal resources pointed to them when I explained my needs for legal assistance. Working with Maya Pinchman has been the best choice I've made since I began needing legal advice and services several months ago when my mother had a severe stroke. She is working quickly and thoroughly to bring my family into a safe and sorted state in respects to my parents needs for care and insurance coverage as well as ensuring all our legal and financial documents are squared away and properly organized. Furthermore, she does everything absolutely by the rules and with clear ethics related to law and it is a huge relief to feel someone so accurate and hardworking is advocating and supporting my family in a moment of crisis. I can finally sleep at night!! I am writing this to say that Steven Ratner and Maya Pinchman were outstanding in making my wife eligible for Medi-Cal. They tackled several issues with patience, kindness, and professionalism. It was such a relief to turn the application process over to them and subsequently have Maya prompt me step by step to provide our supporting financial statements for qualification. Then once my wife qualified and began receiving Medi-Cal benefits for her nursing home stay, she directed me to establish a living trust for my assets to ensure all goes well for my estate henceforth. Through it all, she and Steven gladly welcomed all my questions and gave me prompt replies.
