I highly recommend Cecilia Chen. She was always available and has great communication. We used her for a large Dental practice purchase, setting up S-corps, and a partnership agreement. Reasonably priced and we could not have done it without her. We needed all of the above within a 30 day time frame and she worked night and day making sure we were taken care of. 5 Stars+ for sure.

We hired Cecilia to review commercial lease contracts. She has always been prompt in her communications and does a very thorough job. She always had out best interests in mind but also knew how to handle negotiations with the other party to get them completed. I highly recommend her for commercial leases.
