I called Weiner Law regarding an urgent matter late Friday night. I gave my contact number, and was informed that the Partner was vacationing and to be patient. Dan called me within minutes, on a Friday night, while vacationing! He took the time to explain my situation, and the solution required. Dan graciously double checked before referring me to the type of firm that I would require. Above and beyond, while on vacation, he helped me in a way that made me feel at ease. Got a trust done and Daniel and Dana made the whole process a lot easier than I thought it would be. After an initial Zoom meeting to discuss the options, we signed some documents online and they were able to begin transferring the titles of the properties to the trust. They even realized that my dad was on one of the titles and prepared the required documentation for him to get notarized in order to transfer the title into the new trust. I really appreciate that they took care of this special circumstance without an additional fee. Would highly recommend.

Establishing a Living Trust and Estate Plan had been on my To Do list for a couple of years but I kept putting it off because I "didn't have the time". Well, I have to say Dan and his team made the process exceptionally easy. With one Zoom meeting and a couple of email exchanges, followed by a "signing meeting", I had my Estate Plan. Weiner Law recently helped my wife create two minor trusts. We could not be more satisfied with their service and professionalism. It was a pleasure to be able to work with Daniel, Dana, and Miriam.
