Intelligent, Efficient, and Uplifting. Dan "and the team" get an A+ for their product and responsiveness. This should keep some kinfolk from scrappin'.

Daniel is a wise, assured and knowledgeable advisor. He carefully talked through with us the benefits of various proposed estate planning structures, and took the time to answer (sometimes very basic) questions thoughtfully and completely. He is always very responsive and demonstrates excellent judgement. I highly recommend his services.

For the last ten years I've been wanting to create a family trust. I'm not super wealthy, I just didn't want to subject my family to the headache and financial loss of probate. However, I kept putting it off. To me, starting the trust was akin to a root canal. A buddy of mine suggested talking to Daniel, and a few weeks later, with very little effort on my part it was done. Call this guy, get 'er done and sleep better at night.

When our kids were very small my husband and I had basic a will and trust created. Now that we are in our later middle age, with our kids growing and a pandemic raging, we realized it was probably time to review our needs and do an update. Daniel and his wife Miriam (she helps Daniel with some of the admin stuff) we're so amazing. Not only were they extremely professional and knowledgeable but they were also such nice people to deal with. We had them draw up a new will and trust, to better reflect where we are in our lives today. They brought up so many very good points that had never been addressed in our previous documents-- loose ends that could have caused problems for our kids in the future. We now feel like our children and grandchildren will have the smoothest transition possible, when our chosen time has come to leave this planet. In fact we were so happy with their services that I also had Daniel update my parents documents to make sure that things go smoothly forward my sister and I in the future. Paying for legal services is an investment, to be sure, but I feel like a huge burden has been taken off my shoulders, and these things won't be niggling at the back of my mind any longer.

I highly recommend Dan Weiner for Estate Planning/Trusts/Wills. He is friendly and easy to communicate with. I felt important to him and that says a lot. His wife, Miriam, is also very knowledgeable and HELPFUL! It Feels good to say, “I have a great attorney!”.
