Spoke to a horrible rep by the name of Antonia today 2/19/25 at 450 pm she clearly hates her job and has no kindness or compassion. Don’t call this attorney. They clearly don’t care

I landed into a fraud situation with a dealership, and went to Auto Fraud to represent me. The case certainly became stressful at times, but the team was there and had my back during the entire process. Gave them a call about a problem with a used vehicle I purchased, after sending e-mail with all the information about my legal issue they called me next day, reviewed my case and took it on. Quick and easy, hopefully the outcome will be the same.

The initial process of reaching out to the Auto Fraud Legal Center and having them evaluate whether or not I had a case, exceeded my expectations. The intake person, Antonia, was very helpful, timely, and responsive to all my questions. She communicated by both text and email, and was patient and helpful.
