Although I was able to settle this with the dealer directly, I will say that if it wasn’t for their advice I probably would’ve been still getting the run around from the dealer. I had an issue between the dealer and myself for a vehicle I bought. It was sold to me with an aftermarket tune(unknown or disclosed to me) but they said the vehicle had manufacturer warranty. I had an issue a few months after purchase , took the car in to be fixed, only to have the warranty denied. After retaining representation my case was resolved in the manner I was hoping for and even better. It took some time, but all litigation takes time. Overall I was very satisfied with the representation received, the outcome, and the timeline to resolve the matter. I would definitely recommend them to anyone facing similar issues
