I don't highly recommend this attorney unfortunately. Difficult to get ahold of and her email responses came across pretty rude and insensitive. Continually reminding of the fact "we wouldn't have been in this spot had we hired a lawyer years ago to handle this, now we have to pay for the mistake. " Probably said that at least 5 times or something similar . Personally, when you hire someone to help out navigate legal issues that are completely foreign to you that are stresseful and expensive it would be nice to at least have someone to work with that feels like is on your side and explains things that are understandable to someone witout knowledge of legal terms. I've worked with plenty of lawyers where that is the case where they have empathy for you and you feel like someone has your back. Unfortunately that is not the case with this Attorney Andrea.

If you are looking for a law firm to take all of your money, get you sanctioned from the judge, abandon your case and threaten you for more money, then this is the law firm for you! However, if you are looking for a law firm to help you instead of the opposing party, then you want to find a different law firm! If you are looking for a law firm with some sort of humanity, then you definitely should find anyone else other than Marcus Family Law! If you do decide to hire Marcus Family Law, then be prepared to lose all of your money and have them screw you in the end!

Bashir Ghazialam proved the right attorney for our case, defending a ‘walk-over’ Afghan asylum applicant. He spent ample time listening to our client (in Dari), made a strong asylum application / declaration, and drilled him in advance of the hearing. In court the defendant’s case rolled out persuasively. Bashir made an excellent closing statement to counter the DHS position for removal, and our client won amnesty. We are very happy we selected Bashir, not only because he proved effective but also because he is an easy person to work with.

Attorney Bashir is an excellent lawyer. He helped my husband get his green card. He did everything that needed to be done to get the green card. He also helped him with his citizenship and was there for my husband at his appointment. We also waited many years to get an appointment for green card never got one. Attorney Bashir will get you that appointment if this has happen to you like it has happened to us. Don’t let other Attorneys tell you keep waiting. There is another way not every Attorney knows how. Believe me he is the real deal.

I must say that Mr Bashir is truly knowledgeable of the immigration laws. I am very grateful for his services he filed for my husbands permanent resident card and his naturalization paperwork. My husband was ready for both interviews. My husband felt very confident and was not nervous at either interview because he knew what to expect. Mr Bashirs assistance were very thorough answered when I either called or texted, they replied promptly, and I felt very confident and happy with my services throughout the whole process. I am very grateful that my husband is now naturalized. I would recommend him for immigration representation.

I originally had my mother in law case with another law firm but it was at a standstill for years. I heard positive things about Mr. Bashir and I requested if he could take over her case he didn't hesitate he stated he would be happy to take over. To make a long story short he was amazing he got my mother in law here in less than 9 months. If you want an awesome immigration lawyer it does not get any better than Bashir Ghazialam. Throughout the process he kept me updated constantly, and if I had any concerns he always answered my phone calls. His service exceeded my expectations and I can't find enough words to praise his outstanding work performance and professionalism. If it wasn't for Mr. Ghazialam her case probably would still be at a standstill. My kids have been waiting for years to meet their only grandparent that is still living and he made that happen.
