Filing bankruptcy is a scary thought, but I assure you, you will not go wrong with Atty Whitehill or her office. My custody case started 2 1/2 years ago. Both Ethan and Moriel have represented me in court. I have had one of the most toxic divorces that you can imagine. One thing this firm knows is the law and that is very important. These attorneys are not vicious in court, they are not irate in court and they do not play games as every one of my ex-husbands attorneys has done. One of the hardest things for a family law attorney is to get a move away order granted and for a judge this is one of the hardest decisions to make is to separate a child from one parent. But Ethan did it for me! My circumstances were pretty bad, I had to move. As my ex-husband continues to file frivolous RFO's & Ex-Partes, MFLC is still representing me while I live out of state now. Another thing MFLC was able to do is get the judge to put my ex-husband in jail for not following courts orders pertaining to NOT paying child/spousal support. Ethan & Moriel play fair, they are not the vicious pitt bulls in court and in my opinion this is what the judges appreciate, a calm demeanor versus the usual irate attorney and client. Not to mention their legal assistant Allison has been very attentive throughout my whole case too. I am not saying that that everything has been perfect, what divorce is... And most good attorneys are pricey, you get what you pay for. My divorce has costed a fortune but it has been worth it.
