SCOTT did great work that was focused on the issues to mediate my divorce agreement. He did the following things to move my mediation meeting forward and final the agreement: 1. Meeting focused on resolving key issues in a fair and thoughtful manner. 2. Outlined options on difficult issues and fairly represented both parties. 3. Timely in document preparation and delivery of final agreement. 4. Kept open lines of communication between parties. 5. Reasonable costs for service. Overall I was extremely happy with the mediation services offered by Scott to finalize my divorce.

We worked with Scott through this otherwise difficult process and I'm very happy with our decision and the outcome. Scott was easy to work with, made the easy parts simple, and helped us get through the difficult parts. The situation is probably not great if you have reached this point, but I strongly recommend mediation and I strongly recommend working with Scott.

Even though the context of why I needed Scott might not feel like the word "great" is appropriate, I can honestly say that working with him was. As seen in other reviews, Scott is incredibly professional and his expertise in the field was so necessary in navigating me (and my ex-spouse) through the process. The clincher for me was when I called to "interview" him and he seemed shocked to hear from me over the phone. I soon realized it was because he never speaks to clients without the other one present. For me this spoke to his integrity as a person and was the reason I chose him to mediate for us. If you can get to a place of amicable separation, this is the direction I would highly suggest you go.
