We've been Erika clients for a couples of years . We noticed her lack of experience right away but gave her a shot since she told us about her family. As we go along situation was getting worse because of her unprofessionalism. Then we realized she is prone to swindle . We even Had to go the Bar Association. Be aware!

Erika saved my mom from deportation, she is everything we didn't know we needed. My mom had a terrible experience going to an attorney that was unable to help her but wasn't honest about it and continued to ask for money (for MANY years) knowing the case was stuck. We were referred to Erika in 2011 when my mom was detained by ICE at her place of work. From Day 1 Erika and her team worked diligently to keep my mom in the US. Attorney Vejar is very competent and caring. Since immigration laws change all the time is good to have someone that can keep up to date with the changes.

Vejar took $1500 from my dad has not helped or kept us updated on nothing. Was over charging on everything so we had to get another attorney that could help and get on my dad's case.

I was arrested back in 2012 and after serving my sentenceIce I was held by Ice ready to be deported. I have a felony and not only did she help me with my immigration case but she help guide my criminal attorney into getting me a shorter sentence. A lot of people told me I wasn’t going to be able to get out of that detention center, that the judge wouldn’t grant me bail because of the felony I had but Erika was able to bail me out. Since then she’s not only help me stay in the United States with my kids but I’m one step closer to getting my green card. She’ll never give up, shell always fight for me and for that I’m very thankful. For anyone thinking about hiring her don’t hesitate she can help you and she won’t give up on you.

I want to thank Erika Vejar. For helping my dad’s case with 3 active felonies from 19years ago & for finding a solution in how to work with the DA’s and the judge to convince them that my dad is no criminal, he simply made a mistake in trying to provide for his family when we were younger . Also for helping him with his immigration case & helping him get his permission to work here in U.S ..
