I had my preliminary hearing today with the Naderi Law Firm as my representation and I was impressed with the way my lawyer was able to make both witnesses crumble under pressure on the stand. Arvand Naderi himself was present in court for me as legal counsel for the prelim, and with great confidence and poise, he was the sole reason the prime witnesses statement was striken from the record. Arvands approach was impeccably clear and coherent, which made for the judges quick decision to dismiss the witness from the courtroom. I strongly recommend taking Arvands opinion on any felony case being that he has about 20 years of experience in the field of criminal defense.
