With a loved one that is struggling through an addiction and all the crime that goes with it, you find yourself saying, “What will be different this time?” and “Will this be the time time he gets put in jail for a very long?” Then of course there’s the “$&@#%#!!!” and more “$&@#%#.” This is the situation I found myself in. My “little” brother called and was in jail again. Our father just passed away so this call was a hard one for me. My brother told me that this time was going to be “bad” and he begged me to get him a lawyer ASAP. I have to be honest...I am afraid of lawyers and I especially didn’t know what to expect from a Criminal Defense Attorney. I asked a good friend for a recommendation and was given Arvand’s contact information. I gave his office a call and was surprised to get a quick response from Arvand himself. He was easy to talk to, I never felt rushed and he answered all of my questions. He also had a kind voice (I guess I was expecting Freddie Krueger) and had a good sense of humor. With all that being said, the best part for me was that he communicates through text! Arvand made us feel like he really did want to help our family. If it wasn’t for Arvand, I wouldn’t have been able to see my brothers situation through compassionate eyes. He helped me see that my brother just needed help and a chance to “get better” which he wouldn’t be able to do if he had to sit in prison for long. It was the first time in a very long time that I had some hope for my brothers future and did not feel like we were fighting the legal system alone and blindly. Because of Arvand’s expertise and hard work, he was able to get my brothers sentence cut down from 8 years to just 3 with credit for time served! He has given my brother his life back and I cannot thank him enough for all that he has done. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to hire Arvand again if I needed to, or refer him to friends and family.

When we fall into a situation where our lives can change in a negative way, it can be a bit overwhelming. I initially hired an attorney that was referred to me by an old friend. Oh, am I glad I found these guys! You don't know how important an attorney is until you REALLY need one. You also don't know how HARD it is to find an attorney that is specialized in a certain area of law. Most Lawyer's literally do everything, but sometimes you need a lawyer that knows one or two things incredibly well. You wouldn't go to your foot doctor for heart surgery would you; They're both doctors, aren't they? I didn't think so. Don't make the mistake and hire an attorney with little experience in a particular field you need them for; Los Angeles is full of them! As times get tought in life, people show their true colors, some stay behind the yellow line to watch, some pretend they never met you and some like "Arvan Naderi" wait to the right moment and pounce at your defense. He is some one who makes his presence be know when he walks in the court house and most important in "your courtroom". Dont get fooled by pretty talk while you or your family member is incarcerated or out on bail. "This guy never answers your call" many claim, He is a highly qualified and knowledgeable person who spends the day studying every individual case and working long hours in and out of court and away from home. I personally witnessed his dedication, attention to detail and has given me and my family great legal advice. So if you need a babysitter while your case is on going "not the right lawyer for you" but if you want satisfactory results you are in the right path.

Naderi is the best. He is very well known in the San Fernando valley and in the court houses. He provides excellent service and has an aggressive approach with cross examinations with cops when they are on the stands. He gave my family and I peace of mind and made everything an easy process. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
