I'm very grateful I was able to work with the DCD law team, specifically Kevin during my case. Kevin and the team made me feel comfortable with my situation, and they were able to safely guide me to the right solution for my situation. Wow what an amazing firm! Since the first day I expressed my concern, mind you this was around 10pm, I received a response from Yvonne. Yvonne explained she was a paralegal that would explain the process and what they might be able to help with. Mind you, I have never had any legal troubles so I was completely unaware and nervous of what outcomes would occur but Yvonne put those concerns to rest. She gave me examples of recent clients in similar situations that DCD Law was successful in. The examples sounded a lot worse than the trouble I was in. Once I spoke with the attorney Kevin, I was certain I chose the correct form. When I was explaining my situation he said he knew exactly what to do and not to worry. When my court date arrived, EXACTLY what Yvonne and Kevin said happened. My case was dismissed and I didn’t even have to go to court AND I paid THOUSANDS less than I would have at other firms (I looked). I’ve never been in legal trouble but I know I made the right choice. My husband and I are SO happy that we found Artin Nazaryan to help us through our homeowners insurance claim with Mercury insurance. Long stry shortened...we discovered a leak at the end of August 2021 that cause damage to 3 separate rooms in our home (Kitchen, dining, and eating nook). We hired a leak detection company and plumber immediately to assess and it was determined it was a burst pipe behind the kitchen sink. Our insurance company sent ServPro out to assess and start remediation However as soon as they detected minimal mold, our adjuster attempted to pull a quick one on us and explained that our policy had mold limitation of $5,000 and he essentially insinuated that he planned on bucketing all damages under mold. We knew we needed help and are thrilled that we found Artin to fight for us along the way. Our claim was managed by 6 different adjusters over the course of 8 months and Artin helped us with each of those relationships and was very on top of all of the claim details and was extremely knowledgeable about what was owed to us per the law and per our policy. There were several points throughout the first 6 months that the insurance company attempted to deny portions of the claim but thanks to Artin, he fought for us and stood by our side as if he was fighting for his own home. The insurance company then offered $16,000 for all repairs and after going back and forth for a couple months and having multiple experts come out to support our claim, Artin was able to get us nearly $100,000 for all of the damages and increased living expenses. We are o thankful to have found someone so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout this stressful time in our lives. My husband and I both cannot thank him enough for all of his time and persistence throughout the time he worked on our claim. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for representation... consider yourself lucky and blessed to have him fight for you!

Very rude and greedy people. Drove for 40 minutes. Arrived in the office to learn they've lied in their website about free consultation. Asking for $500 just to go inside see the guy. Left right away. Not a trustworthy person.
