Valery is a very hard working and compassionate lawyer. I don't know what I would have done without here by my side. She went out of her way and got an immigration attorney to write a letter for my case, free of charge. Valery created a path to dismissal through negotiating for informal diversion on a charge that is not eligible. She worked really hard on my mitigation packet and worked relentless until we got the results we were looking for. She got me a complete dismissal and sealing of my records. Would highly recommend Valery.

What can anyone say about Ms. Valery Nechay. Let me tell you what I have to say. I was fighting a gun case for almost 3 years, of which I knew for a fact that my rights had been violated. I sought many attorneys in the area, but I was not convinced about them at all. How I came about Valery you ask? She was referred to me by another attorney who told me of Valery's expertise. This is the thing. Not all attorneys are experts. I will tell you my qualifications of expertise. It is great for an attorney to understand constitutional law, procedure, and to have a huge knowledge about a specific subject of criminal law, including strategical experience as many attorneys do. That sure comes handy and will have a great advantage in resolving your case to your most favorable outcome, but the question is, all that experience, does that define expertise? I am one of the pickiest persons in the world in most aspects of my life, so I don't settle for less. A criminal matter is something that can affect your life based on the outcome of the criminal case. So, when it comes to investing in the best outcome in matters like this, it is evident that I have to be picky, (and at times come across to strong for many), but that's because I have something in me that wants me to be the best, (and at times I may not come across as humble as others). When I talked to Valery for the first time, I kept the situation short and dandy and explained what happened. From the moment she spoke, I experienced one of the most humbling moments of my life, and she did not have to say much to know she had what I was looking for. Immediately she accepted to be my defense attorney, and we moved matters accordingly. Not only did she have a strategy, but she was such a great communicator in matters of strategy for the case. To keep it short, since I already wrote a book on this page, when preliminary hearing took place, she was so aggressive and strategic that she impeached the witnesses! Valery's PASSIONATE cross-examination and closing argument left the judge in the case, who was not very fond of me by the way, in a position of entering the most absurd ruling I have ever read in history of case law! Well, even when you are remanded into trial court with a ruling such as this one, Valery's work left the District Attorney with only one option: TO DISMISS THE CASE! So what makes Valery an expert in her field, and why she is the individual to consider in a life-changing event such as a criminal case? PASSION! Let me repeat it. PASSION! Passion is what makes an expert! This is the driving force that will lead anyone to the outcome that they want, and Valery has all of that! Don't believe me? Then, if you are facing a criminal matter in the bay area, just pick up the phone and schedule an appointment and see for yourself! As for me, I can now move forward with my life in Texas, and remove this overbearing burden that affected not only myself, but my friends and family as well! Attorney Valery Nechay is truly one of a kind and the best at what she does. My brother was racially profiled, illegally searched, and seized, after a night out.
