I'm hopeful that they take my case. First impression of Dolan Law was comforting and effortless with them calling me back after a week of my first contact with them. They could have just thought Id been a flake or found someone else, but they didn't. They called me back. Luckily service to my phone had been restored. So I was informed a few days later that they would not be taking my case by some lady who I assume was an office intern. They called me a couple of times but when I returned their call either they didn't know why I was calling, if I was a client or not, or the language barrier thing. People should speak clear English in America if they work in customer service. I did for many years so I can say that. I gave up on the whole lawsuit thing after they denied me entry with my service animal. A clear violation of ada as he poses no threat and is well trained. Unlike the pitbull that but someone in the store. But who knows. Maybe I'll get another call. I hope so. It was really weird, one time I called back and a guy named James answered. But he wasn't the James who had just called me. WEIRD! I don't know. I don't like phones to begin with. Anyhoo... Time will tell when dead men can't.

In the early stages of communication with Dolan Law. So far it has been easy and very professional.

The intake rep was very patient and took the time to take down my issue. She was courteous and not rushing me off the phone. She acknowledge my distress as she was writing down my thoughts. She even gave me the space to add additional information about my case that was ever so pertinent, at the end of our conversation. Either way, if they do not take my case or not, the phone call gave me piece of mind at that moment, that someone cared about my legal matter. Thanks Dolan Law Firm. You Rock!!!!!!!!!!

I worked closely with Matt Grahmly- Chris Dolan's Senior attorney for over 3 years. It was a complete scam. HE LITERALLY DID NOTHING. HE claims to be a sober attorney- following in the footsteps if Chris Dolan. Mean while he lies about everything. Be it from the way he is handling your intake, to the way he makes excuses for poor representation and not doing any of the work required as an actual attorney. Please heed caution when working with this firm. They pray on innocent victims who have suffered loss only to their behalf of publicity And poor decisions made.! My kids lost their life with this horrible firm. They were granted 100k only to loose 50k for nothing. Especially NOT the experience of the Dolan law firm. All the records and time was on me. I fought for my kids. NOT Matt nor Chris Dolan. They are money hungry life sucker ambulance chasers. BE WARE!! If you habe a valid case- run. Don't walk. I beg of you. Walk away.

The Dolan law firm collects dates, times and events to gather for their cases to have factual clear information. In addition, current photos and videos with full lighting to give a good example of what the client is explaining.

This firm cares about people experience and I definitely felt that when we began working together. The staff at Dolan made sure I was informed about processes and answered any questions I had a long the way. I truly felt heard and would recommend them to anyone experiencing injury related accidents.
