The Dolan Firm handled a wrongful death lawsuit for my family last year, and I cannot begin to tell you how well my case was handled. Whenever I called there was never a problem getting in touch with my attorney Quinton Cutlip. If he wasn't in the office I left a message, and he contacted me right away; that means a lot at a troubling time. Also, his assistant Daniela Martinez was always available for questions in Quinton's absence. I strongly recommend this firm.

Chris Dolan and his team took on a very big case on my behalf against CalTrans. They believed passionately in the rightness of the case and did everything humanly possible to win. It was a staggering amount of work. We lost on a technicality due to the jurors not being allowed to ask a particular question based on motions made by CalTrans that the entire success of our case came down to. After the trial, several jurors told us that had they been able to ask that question and learned the truth they would have filed in our favor. Chris argued the case passionately and convincingly and his staff and colleagues were indefatigable in their support. I have nothing but praise for the Dolan firm.

My review is solely on the event space. As a non-profit board member, it's tough to find available space and for a budget to meet on a monthly basis. Luckily, Dolan Law Firm offers event spaces for free for non-profits. It's walking distance from Bart, impeccably decorated and the conference room on the second floor is spacious, seating a range from 8-10 people. They also had a space in the middle of the room with a very long conference table that looked like it could seat up to 20-30 people with ample standing room and a full kitchen. I would definitely use this space to hold future events, whether it's for professional development or a social mixer.

Upon arriving at Dolan Law Firm I was greeted with a smile from the woman at the reception desk. Everyone I met was warm and approachable. After a couple of minutes I was greeted by Isabelle Tan, the attorney handling my consultation. She took her time to clearly explain how the whole process will work and I never felt rushed. She made certain that I understood each step before she moved on. After an informative and relaxed consultation I decided to pursue my case with Dolan. All communications were answered in a very timely manner. Most emails were even answered within minutes. Aimee Kirby, the managing attorney, and Isabelle were great and kept me up to date on the progress of the case from start to finish. I've had a case handled by a different law firm in the past and I felt rushed and even irritation at times from the attorney when I didn't understand something and needed to ask for clarification. That was not a pleasant experience. I wish I knew of Dolan then. Dolan made dealing with legal matters a very comfortable experience for me. I highly recommend them and will definitely seek their experience again if the need arises.
