I have experience with Ean and Pier 5 through two cases that they defended me on. One was a collective case that included predawn raids and some major charges. Ean was able to get that case dismissed in pre trial through a Clark motion. We successful were able to sue law enforcement in civil court using Edie Lerman but would not have won without Ean's work in the criminal case. He helped us recover our cash and cannabis through judgement. The second case included 20k packs of cannabis seeds confiscated in a pull over. We paid a 100$ fine that equated to an infraction on my license. Best attorney I've ever used and would never reccomend another attorney for crimnal cases regarding cannabis in California. I have had a number of friends use Ean upon referral and they have all beat cases with him. All of them.
