It was a scary experience I had with my whole First (AND ONLY!) DUI/DWI situation. Wrong place wrong time, barely over the limit bla bla bla.... Some people make mistakes. Mark held my hand every-which way kept me informed in everything. Worst case scenarios, options, etc.. He fought for me. Literally moved the other lawyers out of the way. When all was said and done I was really lucky to have been referred to him.

Mark Malachowski came highly recommended as being a result- and process driven lawyer. I am glad I followed this recommendation when I had to file for a restraining order in a fairly complex case. I sent Mark an e-mail to contact him, within minutes we spoke on the phone and within a couple of hours I was sitting with him and his efficient assistant Daniel in their office to discuss the case, to go through the incidences and to evaluate the evidence as well as our options. Mark structured and focused all the relevant info to make the best use of it for a court hearing. He also proactively identified related cases of the to be constrained individual to show a pattern and to improve our position. All along the way Mark kept me well in the loop through regular phone calls or e-mails. He also kept his humor. As the day of the court hearing arrived I was nervous but Mark kept his calm. Being well prepared paid off: we pled our case, had all the supportive documentation ready and successfully as well as quickly obtained the court order we were hoping for. Case closed. I was glad that Mark was on my side and I will definitely work with him in the future again if the situation arises (though I hope that I won’t see a court building from the inside in a long while).
